The only halfway decent show they can claim is HTGAWM, and even that walks a thin line between trashy soap and prestige drama. Maybe network TV in general is done, at least they can say they're better than NBC (big deal).

NBC is the #1 TV network so far this season and they have the hottest and only true legit hit of the new TV season, the critically acclaimed This Is Us.

While outside of their comedies ABC is in deep trouble. Things are so bad there's a good chance ABC could end up finishing this season at #4 when this TV season ends in May (because Fox has the upcoming Super Bowl and potential hits from the 24 reboot, Prison Break and and that Lee Daniels show Star while ABC has nothing in midseason that screams HIT).

Network TV sucks in general IMO. The only things I watch on it are Scandal, HTGAWM, Once Upon a Time, and Madame Secretary. The other shows are just the same old, same old to me. They need to bring something more original.
