Olivia shouting at Jake didn't make sense

After Liv's dad Rowan Pope, aka "Command", put Jake in the 'hole' for disobeying an order, Liv found out what her dad had done. Command set a condition for Jake's release and Liv went to work.
The condition was met. Jake showed up at Liv's apartment, and Liv began shouting at Jake "Why did he release you? There has to be a reason. Why did he release you?"

This made no sense. Liv made a deal with her dad to get Jake released. She promised him sunday dinners again, and Rowan also wanted the intern blamed as the President's adulteress.
The intern took the deal for 2 million bucks to say she slept with the President. And Pres. Grant went on television and named her as the other woman.

So Liv knew that Rowan's condition had been met and that therefore he released Jake.

So why did she shout at Jake, demanding he tell her why he was released? (I mean aside from the fact that Liv is continually emotionally shouting at people).

She had personally pled for his release. Rowan's terms for releasing him had been met. What was the mystery?

Was she pretending not to know? Was she trying to see if Jake had made a deal of some kind? that is the only logical reason I can see for her asking Jake why he was released.
