She was acting jealous and bitter last night. It seems like she envied Mellie, was bitter and jealous about Fitz and his latest. She told Quinn to stop making excuses and be with the man than loves her. She could be with Fitz right now and have what Mellie and Quinn have so why is Olivia all full of attitude?
