I really don't know if he did it this time. He really seemed to like Vargas last season and seemed genuinely shattered in his few scenes this episode. Even after Liv was whispering in his ear, he didn't give off any hints that he'd been guilty.

I'm thinking Jake did it. Why? Not so sure. But they made a big deal of his disappearance and his training would allow him to frame this alleged attacker. I'm not sure Papa Pope was behind this one, but it'd make sense with how he can influence/control other characters...

We knew what we were dealing with in season 1 with Cy. In fact, that's one thing I like about Cy. He's been consistent the entire series. He's prob the only character I can say that about. Huck too I guess.

In S1 Cyrus was the one who ordered the Charlie to kill that Pregnant Whitehouse intern .

Anybody who can kill a Pregnant woman is the worse kind of monster .

Cyrus is a Monster even if he didn't kill Frankie .
