They made a point of showing Abby asking his wife where he was which seemed kind of random and useless. So, she's a drunk now? And then Fitz said something about him being MIA when they were in the briefing room. I think this was for a reason.
shareWell(I cleared my throat in real life lol), the conspiracy theorist in me is kind of hoping that Jake was off somewhere holding that poor girls family hostage or something. I'm hoping that Rowan told Jake to go and threaten that girl in some way to call and say it was Cy who killed Frankie when in actuality it was Rowan. And that Cy is actually innocent. That Rowan told Jake to go make sure the bomb was ready to go off in that girls cabin.

shareJake is one of my candidates for assassin of Frankie Vargas. He was missing, he could he snuck out after Vargas' victory and gotten to the Vargas rally to kill him...I don't rule out Tom either...
sharePapa Pope planted the idea of Cy being the killer in Olivias head. I'm pretty sure he and jake were involved in this. Their motive can be to put Cy in prison for their own purposes
