... the Rotten Tomatoes concensus? It says "Morally complex, suspenseful, and consistently involving, A SEPARATION captures the messiness of a dissolving relationship with keen insight and searing intensity". That will make people think that this movie is COMPLETELY about the divorce.

Yea true, but isnt the miscarriage story line a mini twist? they cant add that in :P

I know the original Persian title specifically states the separation between Nader and Simin, but for me the film was more about the separation between two social classes. The separation between husband and wife seemed merely a device to set the events in motion.
