Definitely predicting

Nick and Jess are endgame. But they are going to have to start building it FAST for it to work better. Like tomorrow. They are capable of, and deserve the attention the CeCe and Schmidt epic cuteness they've gotten in their relationship development and build up and all the way to marriage. Nick and Jess should at least have a big romantic proposal, but it would be better to have Nick realize his feelings for her too so they dont rush it all into one or two episodes.

Reagan and Robby are just placeholders so Nick and Jess can realize they belong together. But they are taking the placeholder thing too far. If they keep this going, and they want N and J endgame, they'll have waited too late. Which I feel like they did with Ross and Rachel in friends (which clearly Nick and Jess basically are the Ross and Rachel of New Girl, the Pacey and Joey etc) but the fatal flaw in the other endgamers is they rush it down our throats because they let the characters flounder in dumb things or wrong relationships too long.

Seriously writers--- it would be better to have them start seriously realizing their potential and feelings SOON--and then dancing with that until the finale, if this is the final season forever. Even if this isn't the final season, say there's one more, the final season to should be dedicated to toning down the pointless wacky storylines, and give Nick and Jess the attention they gave Cece and Shcmidt. Their chemistry is still there and could be better, could be awesome again if they tried and it would behoove them and the show to go back there. I know not all fans of the show are Jess and Nick shippers but I'd venture to say most are. The writers just screwed it up for awhile. I think the writers def want it as well but they have to go about it the right way or once again a great end game couple will be wasted by bad rushed writing.

Absolutely! I hadn't thought of it that way, I think you're spot on. I've worried about them putting it off, putting it off and then squishing it into one or two episodes, too. I hope they don't do that.
