Binged to season 5 HORRIBLE NEW INTRO

So I binged to season 5 over a course of maybe 4-6 months. I loved the intro up until they randomly changed it to include coach while being lazy with flashing pictures. Then for season 5 (I'm on episode 4 now) they just flash "new girl" on the screen and thats it. Whats with the lazy intro?

I think it's to have more screen time, i like the new one it's just a little New Girl riff. The old one made it feel everything is centred around Jess so that could be another reason.
