Saturday: Now #5 all-time domestic, top super-hero

Today's gross is at least $5m, putting the domestic total above $624m. BP is now #5, passing Last Jedi and Avengers. $30m more and it will replace Jurassic World at #4.

China has made over $100m in just two weeks. Wonder how Pacific Rim 2 will do there.

It just makes a lot more in the weekends compared with Avengers, in fact it has made a lot more in this weekend than Jurassic World did in its sixth weekend as well; after sixth weekend JW had $611,228,780 and 11,454,975 for the weekend, compared with 631,357,854 and 17,099,618 , respectively, for BP (Edit: actuals were a bit higher, so I changed the numbers to actuals). So, it has passed JW with around 20 million at this point, without losing too much steam, despite new releases. It has a pretty good shot at overtaking JW's final BO for sure. Worldwide is another matter, but it could overtake Frozen eventually, though it requires some good legs.

Ya after its 3rd weekend, I did the math and realized BP was going to beat Jurassic World and Become the 4th highest Grossing Movie ever domestically!

Topping The Avengers became almost a certainty after its Second Weekend, once BPs 4th weekend came out, I did the math and knew if it had the same type holds through its run it would top JW...

to be the 4th highest grossing Movies of all time domestically is just a stunning achievement....especially considering The Force Awaken and Avatar are anomalies, They both are so far ahead, they almost have to be thrown out....

for me personally too, I will consider BP the 3rd highest grossing Movie domestically regardless if it tops Titanic or not, which I think Its is very possible...

Titanic got a re-release in 3D over a decade after its release, which added another 50 Million to its domestic run

The Force Awaken and Avatar are so far ahead the are anomalies

The Last Jedi, The Avengers, Titanic, Jurassic World and Black Panther are all extremely close and stunningly Black Panther Just might come out on top...
