Saw the trailer and the Black Panther guy looks very small...
i'm not familiar with the character, is it intentional or did they make a mistake of chosing an actor who didnt bulk up for the role?

BP isn't overly big in the comics so I think the actor's size is fine.
shareCorrect -- he's built just the way he is supposed to be. Boseman does look like he packed on some muscle for the role, but he avoided getting big for a good reason.
He appears "trim" enough to suitably resemble - and move like - a Panther.
Just think about this topic after the fact of his passing and his battle with Colon Cancer.
His physique and his appearance were the least of his challenges.
