smgo.tv is a site where fans of previously cancelled shows can go vote to bring back a program that's already gotten the axe.

While Apt 23 didn't get the ratings and numbers it needed for renewal, the fan base is still strong enough to get 5,000 votes and bring it back.

This show never got the start it deserved, which contributed to its cancelation, but the title may also have been a factor.
Many viewers have never even heard of this program.
