There's a scene at the t-shirt/watergun contest where the brunette girl (Crystal Rivers) is being persuaded by her blonde friend to enter the contest.
The brunette girl turns around and right in her face is some strange, young blonde girl who we assume is going to be in the contest. The strange blonde gives the brunette a extremely 'hard' stare that is mysteriously so sexy for me to watch. It's hard to explain. You have to see the movie.
