Week 2 Box Office results

Well, this movie had a soft start last week with 8.7 million...but for what it's worth, it did have a pretty good hold this week. It slipped to 5th place, and pulled in 5.5 million. That's only a 37 percent drop from last week. So far, it has made 16.8 million altogether. That's not amazing, but it's not bad either. It saved some face this weekend.

The movie has an estimated budget of 8 million dollars according to box office mojo and it's already doubled that. It has more than saved face. It's profitable and that's all that matters to Hollywood execs. I don't think anyone expected this to make more than 30 million or so over it's entire run.
