went to an early showing with my girl (1 pm) and the place was sold out, apparently Zac Effron still has a large teen girl following as I could hear a few of them giggle when ever he was on screen.
anyway I liked the movie much more than I expected, nothing original or great but a fun comedy.

As for Efron's fan base, it's not just teen girls (they were teen girls back in 2008; they're young women now). Also, as Efron discovered when he met them, the mothers of teen girls are also hot for him.
The subject of relative celebrity came up in interviews with the three stars. When they went somewhere and met people, Teller and Jordan had to explain who they are ("Hi, I'm in movies.") But Efron never had to introduce himself; everyone knew who he was.
i would be totally ok with the status Michael has. He's in a lot of movies, but he can still have is privacy (somewhat)
