The trailer will open with Willie giving a heartfelt speech at his parole hearing on how he is through with his safe-cracking ways, the same thing he once told Marcus. Cut to the day he is released from prison; who picks him up is none other than The Kid, the latest addition to the criminal family. And they're off for a two-hour caper with Marcus, Sue, Opal, and even Grandma making sammiches. Special guest appearance by the Albuquerque Police Department.

It looks like you put a lot into that, but Willie(Billie Bob Thornton) did not go to jail. Since the Phoenix Police Dep. shot a unarmed Santa in front of kids they made him a sensitivity councillor and why would he work with Marcus he tried to kill him at the end. I mean did you actually watch the movie?!

You don't just start a sequel based on how the first one ended. This isn't the 80's! Between the last film and the sequel he is bound to have done some time. I think it would make a funny opening to not only fool the parole board but the audience into thinking Willie has changed his evil ways, only to pick up where he left off, much to our relief. Marcus has to return because Tony Cox was half the fun of the first film. They'll figure out a way to share screen time, whether they work together or against each other.

Oh yeah because its really going to trick the audience into thinking he's changed... Its called Bad Santa 2, ffs... Don't be stupid.
