I saw BAD SANTA 2. My reaction

First, to be open about it, I am a big fan of BAD SANTA. I watch that movie two to three times a year, especially around Christmas.
Some people appreciated the vulgar humor and black satire and some people claimed they hated it so much that they liked it.

I saw BAD SANTA 2 last night. I walked away feeling entertained and amused. Bad Santa 2 had many yuk yuk yuk ha ha moments. But is it as good as BAD SANTA? I would say no. BAD SANTA had its novelty and twisted mojo and weird sentimentality that the sequel can't match. But as a follow-up, albeit 13 years late, Bad Santa 2 is alright, if you saw the first Bad Santa and liked it.

If you hated Bad Santa I doubt you'll like Bad Santa 2.

It's worth the laughs if you're a previous fan but don't expect the same magic from the first. Will I purchase the dvd when it comes out? It was funny enough for me to say, yes, I will.
