What If Shane Black wrote and Directed Bad Santa 2 or a another sequel?

I've been thinking about Shane Black as a potential director for Bad Santa 2 before it got made. He has extensive experience with crime, drama and comedy he made one of the most funniest and awesome movies like Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Iron Man 3.

What if the director of the first Bad Santa directed Bad Santa 2. Didn't happen, apparently he pissed off the Weinstein brothers by casting Tony Cox. They didn't want a black actor whixh makes no sense at all.

Don't forget that Lethal Weapon was written by him. So, perfect combination of crime and comedy. Would be even funnier with the same cast.
