There was a scene out in the street where for some reason Darby was wearing just a bikini with a shirt over the top. Anyone got any idea what that was about? I forget a lot of plot details about this movie cause I found it boring, that that moment got my attention and I was disappointed that we only briefly saw Amanda Seyfried dressed this way.

That would make sense, but it's not really made clear in the movie, there's no real context as to why she's dressed this way as far as I can remember. I suspected that she was wearing a bikini underneath, not underwear, but she's the only character in the scene not wearing pants. That aside I'm not complaining, my only problem with the scene is that we didn't get to see more of her bare legs.
shareIn fact it is. drivers character asks stillers character if he wants to go to quote city beach unquote. And they do. Since its not a true beach some of the party people are shirtless and the chicks pantless. Thats it
