Pretty good thriller/action flick but let's face it, a guy, his wife and 2 small kids in that situation would be one of the first to be killed. I also have a hard time believing a man who relocated his family to a foreign land wouldn't do some research first. Like, maybe take a trip there himself first to get a lay of the land? One hour in that hellhole and he doesn't move there.

I thought of that too! I would be googling everything about the country/city/location!

ye true...I would do the same ofc before taking my family half across the world but maybe his company assured that they will take care of everything once they get there and show him how everything works and so on...not so inplausible since it was a very big company that he worked for.
