I'd personally like to see a Jack Johnson movie (done well) or a good Rocky Marciano, and a good Joe Louis movie. Joe Louis and Marciano really deserve credit for what they did. Same with Johnson, really.
A Jack Johnson movie (of sorts) has already been done - "The Great White Hope" (1970) with James Earl Jones. Also, "Rocky Marciano" (TV/HBO/1999) with Jon Favreau in the title role, and "The Joe Louis Story" (1953) with Coley Wallace (himself the only fighter to defeat Marciano as an amateur) in the title role, a genuine Joe Louis look-alike (image-google and see for yourself).
Roberto Durán, one of the greatest fighters to ever lace-on a pair gloves (ranked 6th. on the average) is worthy of a film about him.
