This is better than Gravity.
Both space films, and both directed by a mexican or something. This was infinitely better

This film wasn't nominated for an Oscar, was it?
It could be God, the Devil, Buddha, an Alien...or it could be a kid playing a video game. - onn1320

Neither has Gravity lol
I don't remember nominees being announced, do you? :P
In my view, non-Oscar nominated films are better and more realistic than Oscar nominated films.
shareyou dont get it do ya? Gravity is not about space travel or crap like that but about life. Its life itself. The empty void space giving you the feel that you are going down the rabit hole and there's no end to it. And its about kicking right back up at it letting go and surviving!
With no power comes no responsibility...
...directed by a mexican or something. He was Spanish.

More realistic at least. I guess if this was Gravity George Clooney would've floated straight back to space the minute he lets go of the rail on the LEM. And not getting vectors from mission control when you disobey an abort order wouldn't have been a problem because if this were Gravity they could just aim at Earth and fire all the thrusters and just blast through the atmosphere like it was nothing.
shareGreat post!
And I liked both movies quite a bit.
Yeah and Warren Christie is better than Clooney. Sorry but I mean it. GC is so overrated but I still like him.
shareI agree with you. I liker both and rated Gravity a 6 and Apollo 8 a 7. For me Apollo 8 was refreshing and more likely story than most scifi I have seen in a long time. Tense action without really showing anything. Good realistic horrorflickon a budget
