I liked the movie, even though there were some parts of it that were totally unbelievable! Like when he picked up that dead body! There was no way! It was twice his size! It was an interesting movie, but I didn't like the twist ending though! Not at all! It could have ended better!

shareI have read a lot of Koontz and he usually ends up pissing me off. He writes 99 great pages and then on the final page he says "and Peter killed the monster". He didn't end his stories with pizazz. The entire Odd Thomas series (and Frankenstein series) was different. The movie ended the same manner as the novel and you felt the same raw emotion of losing someone you loved. This sets up the rest of the series. I don't see any notice of a theatric continuation of the series. I enjoyed the movie (except for the *beep* roaches! I hate roaches)
