Relationship with the neighbor a secret from her friends? I didn't see the point of it, they gave him a line like "I get it you're not ready to let your friends know your able to get close to someone again" what? that makes no sense.

shareI get it. She wants that connection. But once you introduce someone to your inner circle, then there's pressure and expectations, which she can do without, given how her last relationship ended
To me, the bigger question is, if he has no open connection to them, why does he have all their phone numbers? Because he does, given that he texts them pictures of Quinn's supposed murder. And I guess everyone's different. I live in an apartment building in a much smaller city with about half a dozen neighbors, and have about half their phone numbers. So in NYC, I can't imagine they'd just have his number when they seemingly don't know him.
