Name the Ghostface killers

In chronological order, my names for the killers are:

1. Jey and Bobby
2. Cam Carpenter and THX boy
3. Dunno
4. THX girl and dunno
5. Keggy and Dages
6. Mutchy, Cen and Skeggy.

I identify with most of them. My name as Ghostface would be 'Bognady'. It's actually dangerous to think of yourself as ghostface, but it certainly improves the movie watching experience.
