Sam’s Mom
It would be interesting in Scream 7 if it is revealed that Sam’s mom were an unseen Ghostface in the first Scream movie who was working with Stu and Billy the entire time. Also it could explain who was Ghostface in the bathroom scene of the first movie since it is hard to pin down if it is Stu or Billy or a different person.
