Drink driving..


Does it mention that he had been drinking in the scene before he crashed? Or was he falling asleep at the wheel because lack of sleep through stress. Would that affect his sentence? Manslaughter or murder

Well, he said he hadn't slept in days (before the plane?) so i don't think alcohol was the factor although I don't recall if he had drinks at that dinner meeting beforehand.

Either way, I'd imagine manslaughter would be the worst sentence he'd be handed. Even then, he's got good lawyers. I do think alcohol would garner a heavier sentence than fatigue, though i still think murder would have been removed from the table. Prosecutors like winnable cases. I don;t think murder would be a winnable charge.
