I'm sure she is there in the end scene but with blonde hair.

I also think she would have looked deceased when we see her zip-tied in the car. Her lips/skin would have been blueish.

I was confused too. It looked like she was alive while in the car because she was not all pale. I also assumed she was alive since she still had her head, but we don't hear about her again so maybe she is dead? If she is dead, why didn't the killer take her head like he did with everyone else?
