...and Chef Jeff relegates her to dishwasher and the dishes pile up around her...where's the Hobart? Don't most restaurants have dishwashers (i.e., machines)?

Excellent point!

And that was a nice restaurant in a wealthy part of town. I can't imagine any fine-dining establishment in an area like that one not having a dishwasher.
