Well to be fair, she was still alive at the end of Spartacus Blood and Sand, she was clearly moving and she didn't seem to have lost an insane amount of blood as the wound suggested. I knew they weren't going to kill her off before I even saw any of the Vengeance teasers, she is too interesting of a character to just kill off after losing her husband and her unborn child.
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
