Watch this before Blood and Sand?

I've already seen both seasons in the order they aired, but recommending it to people that haven't seen it, should they watch this before Blood and Sand or after?

I say watch B&S first, then GotA. But that's how I viewed them, so I'm biased.

I agree that it depends on the spoilers. Both give stuff away. People usually say to watch BaS first, but some people have enjoyed watching GotA first.
