Spoilers aren't an issue if you've already seen it. Which one (season 1 or prequel) do you watch first when rewatching Spartacus. Personally, I watch the prequel first. I am curious to what others choose to do.

Warning: Spoiler in the last paragraph, regarding plot in sequel.
I'm currently doing a rewatch aswell, starting with the prequel. Mainly because of Gannacus' great story ofcourse. Also, because watching the series in this sequence will eliminate the time gap between S1 and S2 that we had to face earlier, due to Andy's illness. IMO that improves the viewers storyline experience.
I love that rewatching allows you to focus on the details and hints leading up to certain plots. For instance, Lucretia poissening Batiatus' father and subtly making sure that Batiatus himself does not drink the tainted wine. If the outcome was not known, you wouldn't notice the crystal clear connection :) At least I didn't.
