I'm surprised I wasn't able to find it out from my googling, perhaps my skills are declining.

I can't find out who the two "rewards" Gannicus gets in the first sex scene are and also the blonde house-of-Batiatus slave seen standing around looking nervous with Lucretia and Gaia post Gannicus vs. Otho fight.
