I am on episode 3 and I get why Illythia hates Spartacus.... but why does Lucretia dislike him?

Spartacus is a threat to Crixus, and she has a major (creepy) crush on Crixus. She also sees that he's trouble for them. He was expensive in the first place, and he's often disobedient.

Im also confused here.
Spartacus didnt even show up in GOTA.

Other then that ... the person above summed it up pretty much

Spartacus didn't show up in GOTA because it was a prequel that the producers shot to keep the show on the air while original Spartacus, Andy Whitfield, recovered from cancer therapy. He died.
