Haha thought the same thing. Since when is a sex scene more riskier in the 80s than 2022. I think they could have edited that out and it wouldn't have changed anything. Just go straight to the chat scene. Not that I need to see a sex scene; I just think if you're gonna do it, do it. Otherwise don't waste our time, haha. Shave those minutes off the run time.

We tend to cross the ideas from Princess Bride being a "kissing book" with the snogging in Harry Potter and every movie that has a kissing scene, we'll always ask the kids "is this a snogging movie? Do we have to see the snogging part?"
