No fingerprints ????

I'm sure they would have had Marzin's fingerprints to match against Beckwith's - such a stupid movie.

IF Marzin's prints were ever taken

On November 6, 2012 god blessed America...again. 

Plus don't forget that Marzin was protected. Even if the prints were taken, they could have got "lost".
