Season 10: New Host, New Set, New Osbourne Face and New Concept

As Season 10 kicks off this week, audiences will see a new face on Sharon Osbourne (she's had plastic surgery yet again), a new set design, a new host (the lively Marie Osmond will be replacing the deadly Sara Gilbert if anyone at all noticed Gilbert for nine years) and - a new concept.

According to new host Carrie Ann Inaba, “This season, we want to give back to the viewers. We want to do our part and give back because we found that commodity at the table, the one thing we all love to do is help other people. Whether its through the conversations we share or sharing our own personal stories or whether it’s the actions we do. So we might be including some new segments that we’re working on.”

With the premiere of Season 10 comes the new show segment 'Viewer Appreciation Week'. This week there's “Help Me, Hosts!” in which each host will spend the day with a viewer whos personal story 'has touched the host' .

"We try to entertain people at a time when there aren’t a lot of laughs to be had,” says Sharon Osbourne of the new concept. “It’s a place where hopefully you’ll take a way something every day. A little thing that sparks within you. We all have problems. There’s only one list of problem. You’re either well, you’re sick, you’re depressed, you’re not depressed. There are only so many problems. We all share them. When you talk about your view of that problem, hopefully you help someone. We want a fun, safe place to be.”

No amount of plastic surgery can disguise how ugly Sharon is on the inside. She’s a terrible person.

I’m excited for the new season and new set. The “Help Me, Hosts!” segment seems cheesy but harmless. They do seem plugged into what their viewers want to see and I like when they (Sheryl and Carrie Ann especially) allow themselves to be vulnerable and connect with the viewers.

*clears throat* “The new set is a total copy of The View’s”, “Marie’s a plastic phony fake crying about her son”, “Sharon’s new facelift makes Gary Oldman’s Dracula a beauty queen” (which is true), “The ‘Help Me, Hosts!’ segment is stupid”, “Nobody remembers or misses Sara”, “Ship’s going down, down, DOWN!” Blah blah blah...
