was hilarious and the best scene. the way he did it was beautiful. it was like a professional backhand slap.

Yup, I think that was a "fourth-wall" slap to bring out Juliana into "reality".

If she had just listened to Frank and just handed in those damn tapes or just explained she had nothing to do with her sister.

Frank's sister and children would still be alive and Frank would not have been tortured for over a week or so.
