the dude had a gun, but he wanted to strangle Juliana instead?

i don't know, that sounds a bit fishy to me

in episode 10. the one dude tried to strangle juliana, and when they fell to the floor, his gun fell out of his pants. why didn't he just shoot her? the boss lady shot at juliana no problem

Yeah, he was using a much more descrete method. He just didn't know she was trained in Aikido.
