A Nazi world would only be good for fit Aryan people - that's the catch. If you are not fair skinned, haired and eyed, with an uncircumcised penis or productive ovaries and no physical defects you have no place in a Nazi world.

Nazi policies would never change if it was still run by the original establishment. Only reason Smith and Kido went rogue was ironically to protect America from becoming a nuclear wasteland.

I think they needed each other for stability. In world completely ruled by Nazis, soon every faction with a different version of Nazism would want it's own country.

If there is a group who are a potential enemy but unlikely to actually attack, there's justification for staying loyal and united just in case.

War makes sense for the nazis. They view the Japanese as sub humans. They easily would wipe them out.

If this was real life I think smith would have been silenced and the nazis won easy.

But what world would be left. A lot of cities destroyed by a bombs.

I guess the next phase like Huessman said would be to perfect the planet.

I don't remember in the book if the nazis were already in space at the time. Or even on the moon.

Both Nazi and Imperial Japanese need large manpower/population to control the whole world if one of them as a sole superpower.
Maybe Nazi might force to include non-jews/gypsies European/North American white citizen as their citizen to pop up their population. Possible to rule the world.

Koreans and Chinese are unlikely to help Japanese to become their soldiers.

Dropping Nuclear bomb is possible if you control the skies during the invasion.

Advance Rocketry is easier to win the war.

East Coast is industrial. Assembly Lines made the US-American invincible.
