was Kido shot?

Hmm. I'm not sure, but thinking back, he and Sarah were about to slip out, Kido is walking down the stairs and notices Frank and calls out to him (I guess the idea that Frank had become a legitimate driver wasn't believable).

Frank shoots at Kido and at least one officer with him as I remember. Sarah shoots other guards in the opposite direction. Kido is wounded but gets out of the immediate area before the bomb goes off and lives.

I thought it showed he was sot in the arm which is something pretty easy to bandage.

If this is Locke, then who's in there? 

Frank pulls out the gun and shoots at Kido first, hitting him as the arm as his aide then pulls him to the ground, then Frank shoots a random soldier on the stairs.

The finale starts out with Kido reviewing some of the dead, including the faithful aide that pulled him to the ground. I don't recall of Kido had an arm bandage then.
