so when they plant the bomb in the parking lot, they were supposed to walk right out. Why did they go up the stairs instead of going down and out of the building?
The car park is in the basement and maybe the only exit is through the Kempeitai office above it? If theres a back door or something unguarded I bet they would have used that instead.

shareI take it he died in the explosion, because the trade minister survived and they never showed the rest, and there was a big hole where he was standing. :( Sad, because I really liked his character, and it seemed he always got the short end of the stick.
