Joe + Juliana screen time season 2?
I just began season 2- can someone tell me if Joe and Juliana ever have any screen time together? Thanks.

They pine for each other. That is it.
In one episode Joe takes drugs and hallucinates about being reunited with Juliana. That is as close as they get to one another.
So it's only him pining for her. I don't think Juliana loved Joe or anything that was just a part of her "good intentions"
shareI think she does. She looks as if she is about to cry when she discovers that Joe was living with a woman. She kept asking Smith for him.
Smith knows it too which is why he uses it against them.
That's a really nice thought. I hope so. I just got the impression that loved Frank more. It's a shame because I think Joe and Juliana would suit and bring in a essential storyline to the series
shareI didn't get that impression. Especially the way she cringed when Frank mentioned marriage and children.
The show has now shown her having more time with Joe then with Frank. Why do that? Because they don't want people to invest in Juliana/Frank. They didn't show Frank meeting Julianna in a flashback. They went all out showing a romantic meeting between Joe and Juliana in nowhere town.
In their first conversation, it is shown through a filter of light from the setting sun. Then they watched the sunrise together on that bridge.
Joe already knows what he was feeling was real love. But I think Juliana was fighting it. Even though every character keeps pointing it and spelling it out to her.
The series is not a romance and it keeps the relationships very low key. Which is why I think it will be explosive next season when Joe (I doubt he will go down with his father) is told that he can't be with Juliana because she is not good genetic material.
Kasnait, love all your points. I really want them to end up together. I really hope they do show them getting together. I didn't even think about that first sunrise scene. They had together but you're right, it's symbolic. Never been this attracted to two characters falling in love in any other show!
I was quite disappointed when Joe had sex with Nicole though.. Think it was just a bit random really hope they're not setting them two up! What do you think?
It seems both of Juliana's men hooked up with other people. But I wouldn't be disappointed in Joe or Frank. They both thought they lost her.
Now it seems that Frank of our main timeline is really dead. If we do see him again, he could be from another timeline. Which means he may not know Juliana or Ed at all. That will cause some heartache.
The Nicole thing seemed like a set up. But I'm not sure how serious she was about it all. She was obviously dating that other guy we saw at the party. Since Joe is currently marked as a traitor, I doubt she will stick around since she needs to protect her own reputation.
What the Nicole episode did do was tie off that LSD sub-story line we saw in S1. Remember they gave one rebel a hit of LSD to make him talk. But now we see that LSD has infiltrated high society in Germany. So is the SS selling it on the side (like the CIA is accused of doing in reality)? I wonder if they will take this further.
So there has to be some things we saw in S2 that will give hints to S3. I think the genetic themes of Joe being a Lebensborn and Juliana being considered less than physically worthy will be a story feature.
I think the reason why people are pulling for Joe and Juliana is that actors have good chemistry together and the characters only come alive in each other's company. As we saw in S2, when they are apart, they both flail around indecisively.

Together I was soooooo upset when I realised halfway through watching season 2 that they don't reunite / think it's such a shame but hoping the directors have made it a anticipating scene for season 3
