Juliana tries to kill herself by jumping in front of a bus but that is not way.Through sacrifice or mediation like Tagomi or horrible event like what happen to Kotomichi and the atomic bomb you can shift from world to world.
The author Philip K. Dick even attempted suicide, was he also trying to shift from world to world? However you do not make it by taking your life, rather by prayer,or sacrifice!
