Music

So the intro music, "Edelweiss," is from Sound of Music, and the concluding music at the end of Season 2, "Tomorrow Belongs to Me," is from Cabaret. Two American musicals, two songs written by Jews. I can't see the significance but it strikes me as odd.

I wondered about that, too. I had just watched Cabaret again recently and instantly knew where the song was from. Interesting that both musicals a from roughly the same time period in Broadway. Somebody either has the same taste in music I do or they might be playing some kind of subtle joke on us.

I was curious about the intro being used as well. I found this article that explains why it is being used.
