*Spoilers* Is the guy at the end of season II...?

Do you think the guy is Marcus Stenberg, the owner of the ships?
Cause I thought it was him, when I saw his profile and wavy hairs. Share your opinion...

reply

I don't think so cus the reason he was involved was because he made Viktoria pregnant and that made her brother want to get back at him

reply

I thought maybe it was Laura's father.

reply

Yeah, Laura's father who seemed like such a good, concerned guy. He didn't call the police when Laura told him she remembered her shooter.

Maybe?

My pick is rather that this tall lean/lanky slim shadow male figure remains instead
(& was likely always planned so, irrespective of likely strong presence of Kim Bodnia S3 had he remained - his role likely incarcerated anyway w/ possibly sounding board assistance for Sofia Helin's Saga continued emotional evolution ?)
- as an option for writers to introduce a completely new character/antagonist - anti hero/foil for Saga, to balance the possibly most of S3 incarceration ??

Assuming the creators stick with actual actor, voice & body who was present in that finale episode -

Based on the silhouette shape & timbre of voice AND the acting heavyweight casting reqd for a S3 presence, I'm thinking first pick
1) Lars Mikkelsonn (rather than say cachet ensemble presence addition of Mads his brother as of slightly costlier acting chops for producers & now tied up w success of "Hannibal" series ongoing in N.America)

My feeling for this is based on the type of cast role Lars has taken as single season presences in two prior Scandi/DR series - both Borgen & Forbrydelsen (Killing)
And the timbre of the voice, lanky silhouette of that dark figure seems V. Lars...

ESP now Bodnia not aboard S3 - I'd think producers would seek a strong cast actor perhaps with ready made international recognition based on such Scandi-shows' followings

2) my alternate guess, if it is to be a charismatic new male character to carry through S3 ESP now Bodnia is definitely out of the picture although I remain even more in the Lars- are tall lanky Scandi anti-hero actors like:

Peter Mygind
Soren Malling

With outside contenders being:
Jens Albinus (too stocky tho tall/lean)
Jens Jakob Tychsen/Pilou Asbaek (too young)
Mikkael Birkjaer
Lars Brygmann

I think the likely casting role actor reqd needs also be older male too.

ALL of these guys fit the silhouette featured in S2 Ep10, ditto have they featured in strong ongoing episode roles DR productions that have had followings abroad....

Another poster on this board also somewhat confirmed my train of thought via this good interview with one of the producers:

Roll on S3 & Saga meets her mind-game sociopath eco terrorist/warrior match!

reply

Oh. I would so love it if Lars Brygman had a role in Bron.

Lars is in a cathegory for himself.

Of course when it comes to him I am very much biased, sice I have had a major crush on that dude since I was like 10/11 and watched Rejseholdet for the first time.

Looked like Rasmus. But then why would he pretend working on the case when he's alone.

reply

It couldn't have been Marcus and it couldn't have been Laura's father because they were both Swedes. The man who talked to Bodil in the end talked Danish.

reply

Maybe it is Sagas new partner!?!

Athhajar ma yeroon.
