But just finishen both on netflix, and putting it all together I think I misses something...
when Laura woke from a dream (at the hospital) and told her dad, She rememberd who shot her, he lied about Calling the cops, and acted very suspecious. Why did he do that if he didn't have anything to hide ???

I don't think you missed anything. I remember also thinking there was something shady about Laura's dad but we never learned what it was. I don't remember what made me think this exactly but there were other incidents than just the one you are referring to.
His explanation for not calling the police and ignore Laura's request was that he wanted Laura to have some peace and quiet after her shooting. He feared that if they contacted the police they'd have to interrogate her again and it would be exhausting to her.
S2 had many loose ends, sadly…
