Why the hell did they have to (spoilers S03 mid-season)

...Barge into that poor woman's funeral like that? They could have just told the priest & grave-diggers, in quiet, what they were up to, maybe keep an eye on the proceedings to rule out any foul play, then reclaim the body when the funeral procession had gone. The investigation would have been delayed for an hour at most, probably less, and it wasn't like anyone's life was in immediate danger at that time. Even better, try and get the pastor to break the news to the family - he/she's a professional at that. I don't even know if they follow the same custom as other nordic countries where the grave isn't normally even filled in during the process but just covered with a lid and then filled in later when it fits the grave-diggers' work schedule, but in that case there would have been absolutely zero damage done.

I really felt for the widow when she screamed "I can't go through this twice!". Imagine yourself burying a loved one who was cruelly murdered, all the investigations and questions you have to try and find the strength to help with, then you yourself narrowly escape a murder attempt, and now this! And when all of it could have been so easily avoided.

I couldn't blame anyone in that situation for having a fleeting thought that maybe, just possibly, the police are doing this on purpose.
