It's been a while since I've seen a TV series this awful..

Lol, an aspie cop officer at the crime scene in leather pants. Cheap, melodramatic music, awkward acting and amateurish photography.

Is anyone over 17 years old watching this crap ?

reply

Yes.

reply

Maybe you should have watched more than the first 5 minutes before passing judgement or maybe you just lack the intelligence to appreciate a top quality drama series.

reply

I liked it. It is not as shallow as it seems in the first 5 minutes. The characters have real depth. And it was good enough to be copied in 2 other countries.

Admittedly, it takes awhile to get into it, but the twists and turns throughout are worth the wait.

reply

Quite a lot actually, the vast majority of us well past puberty and with arguably more brain cells than the entire current ADHD COD/Battlefield/MOH/whatever generation put together, try watching something that lasts more than 17 minutes without an explosion or someone being murdered in order to capture your waning attention, try watching something with an actual story driven theme rather than bang bang pew pew i iz da leet haxxor !!!!! you may find you enjoy it.

And its on series 3 now, something tells me that the majority spurred the 2nd and the 3rd.

reply

Bravo for telling it.
This is soo much better that anything Hollywood.

I do that all the time, dude.

Not everyone who doesn't like what you do is an action junkie.

In fact, I didn't mention anything about a lack of action. It's the paper-thin characters and little flaws that made this suck.

BTW, I'm pretty sure the ADHD/Battlefield generation, as you call it, would find it way cool to see a quirky female cop in leather pants. Just like you.

reply

3 series of paper thin characters ? really ? we know nearly all of the main characters stories and previous history and the show goes into some detail about their current private lives.....

But theyre paper thin ?

Fully fleshed out characters......an evolving non linear story line.........

Bang bang pew pew m8, time to move along

Ah. So you measure character depth by a series' length rather than quality.

That explains a lot.

reply

I very much doubt that 17 year olds are watching this show. Requires a lot of concentration to follow all the plot lines, which is what makes it a brilliant show.

reply

Absolutely, most 27 year olds couldn't follow it. Its very nuanced and uses a lot of setting to tell it's story. YOu have to pay attention to every word or you miss important things. Great, great show.

reply

i just finished season one.
i love saga. love, love, love her.
great character.
the plot is sometimes not believable, and the good supporting characters are sometimes too good, but saga makes the series for me.

reply

So what series do you like?

reply

Yes, I am. It requires patience and concentration and you can't watch it while tweeting on your mobile or thinking up cheap, silly comments to post on the net. Which is probably why you think it's crap.
