The cover was such false advertising but I am curious who the girl on the cover was. She wasn't in the film and now I just wanna know.

Both have alternative covers, and both look like (it might be)the same girl.

just saw that cover- the one with the girl desperately escaping a closing elevator with a creepy hand reaching for her, with scary supernatural light?? Yeah, totally misleading. i don't maybe they got it mixed up with ''Devil'', that was another elevator movie but with supernatural connotations....both good films, but oh my god, I LOVED this one
