They left Flash Gordon out of it :(

Yeah, the song or the movie should have been mentioned even if only briefly. Queen opened concerts with that song many times.

I was a bit disappointed but in fairness, Flash Gordon, as was their work on Highlander, mostly one-off efforts. Very good efforts, but "Who wants to live forever" was in the movie.

I love that "Flash Gordon" album, how could they leave it out of the movie?

In any kind of biopic, much has to be left on the cutting room floor, or just not filmed in the first place. Flash Gordon would have been nice to see in the movie, but was not "need to see" to the movie (just my opinion).
